TOURNAMENT WEEK
Each year Waiuku College sends a selection of codes away and they enter the NZ Secondary Schools Winter Tournament, last year we were fortunate to send 8 teams.
Events are taken place all over NZ.
If you are chosen into the following teams, then you will be invited to go on tournament Week with the team.
- Boys 1st XI Football,
- Girls 1st XI Football,
- Boys 1st XI Hockey,
- Girls 1st XI Hockey,
- Gold Netball Team,
- Boys and Girls Senior Basketball Team and Boys Junior Team.
This event generally takes place in Term 3 Week 7 . All venues, dates, times, costings will be given out to each time closer to the time.
OVERSEAS TRIPS
Waiuku College has been very fortunate in being able to take many different teams on overseas trips.
This is highly dependent on Coach/Manager willingness to take these trips and also parental/financial help.
For a trip to go ahead it has to be passed by our College Board 12 months in advance.
