ARCHERY
The Archery club was formed midyear 2015
Coaches/Managers: Mrs Goodare, Mr Nick Downs & Mr Graham Statham
Registration Fee: $40.00 for the Competitions and $10 for the School Club, plus you must be able to supply your own arrows.
Term one:
- Club shoot/meetings will be on school grounds and weather dependent.
Students will be encouraged to purchase their own equipment during the year, 6 arrows are required for competitions.
We have three recurve bows available for use.
The Auckland Secondary School competition is held during term 1. Students will be in mixed age teams, 4 members per team. They will be transported to the Auckland Archery Club in One Tree Hill Domain by school van. Competition entry fee is $40 per student, no charge for transport.
A beginners Archery coaching clinic will be on held at Waiuku College (See school notices for meeting location) and start date and times will be advised shortly.
All details will be made available closer to the time.
Term four:
This is for juniors only, $10 cost for the term.
